Our Training Process
The methodology we follow
is based on the primary phases of the instructional
systems development (ISD) process called “ADDIE”.
ISD
was designed to provide a template for the development
of instructions by the US Military, where it remains the
foundation for courseware. ISD is used extensively in US
Government agencies to develop courseware especially for
highly critical training.
Our belief is that armed
with a basic knowledge and application of ISD, trainers
can organize and develop a better training program or
curriculum. They also can identify the critical factors
and devote the time and investment required to do it
right the first time.
